In this Quarterly Member Meeting Rev. Jacquelyn Eckert was the host and Rev. Rhoda Makled was the guest speaker for the ordination ceremony for Melody Brauninger, Dianne Scott, and Jane Marie Sobel where they took their oath of ordination and became Awakening Together Ministers.
Congratulations to all three lovely ladies and their beautiful homilies.
Rev. Rhoda also shared the 3rd Quarter 2023 Financials for Awakening Together.
The ordination was held live at the Fall Retreat to celebrate Anne’s commitment and completion of the Ministerial Preparation Program (MPP). Rev. Jacquelyn Eckert hosted the ordination and Rev. Regina Dawn Akers was the guest speaker.
Most Awakening Together members and friends know Anne from her many sanctuary programs and retreat facilitation. Anne is funny, articulate, and fully dedicated to awakening. Her teaching style mirrors her way of being and through her teaching, we come to understand that awakening is achievable, desirable, and ongoing. Anne’s Sanctuary programs include “Unfiltered” and “Heart Explorations: Embracing the Whole Show.” In addition, Anne has served on the Awakening Together Board of Trustees, since August of 2018.

In this member meeting our President-Minister, Rev. Jacquelyn Eckert discussed the 2nd Quarter financial report. She also made some important announcements about upcoming retreats for 2023, specifically how we will have Helen Hamilton with us for a live and in-person retreat in July of 2023. Jacquelyn also demonstrated the new app that is still in Beta testing, the Thoughts of Awakening App.
