Day 95 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 10 (v1-12).
- Contemplate this excerpt from today’s reading:
“When his sight has changed from self-desire to that of love, he will be grateful in all things.” - Write one sentence to a few sentences that will help you consider this:
You will feel more grateful for life as you let go of individual self-will.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 12-15 minutes and practice “staying in your warm, dry place” using this video, Rain on a Palm Tent. (Or select a video from this playlist.) You may practice with eyes open, eyes closed, or a combination of the two.
- At least 8 times during the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
