Day 88 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 7 (v24-30) to the end of the chapter.
- Consider this part of today’s story: “Jesus touched the woman on the top of the head and extended love to her. There was a time of silence between them. A shift occurred within the woman’s mind. In Jesus’ presence, she was aware of the presence of love. All that was not love seemed to fade from her awareness. She became aware that her concerns were not as serious as she had once thought.”
- Contemplate that this is what happens during meditation. Write one sentence to a few sentences that will help excite you about the miracle of meditation.
Tomorrow:
- At a time that is convenient for you, set a timer for 10 minutes and relax with the inner calling.
- At least 8 times during the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
