Day 7 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Matthew 5 (v31, 32) through (v33-37).
Tomorrow:
- Recall some times when you did something nice for someone because you wanted something in return (for example, to be seen as good, helpful, hardworking, etc.) For each one:
a. Write down what you did for that person.
b. Write down why you did it. What did you want in return?
c. Remember what that felt like. Did you feel pure joy in the doing/giving? - Consider the exercises you’ve done this week. What insight arises?
