Day 69 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Awareness exercise: You watched your mind for fear. Recall one situation in your memory, and write about it as if you were writing a novel. It’s possible clarity may arise as you write with awareness. If it doesn’t, remember “awareness alone is curative.”
- Read NTI Matthew 27 (v1-10) thru (v27-31).
Tomorrow:
Watch your mind for thoughts of guilt. It could be thoughts that you are guilty or thoughts that someone else is guilty. When you see those types of thoughts, pay attention to the situation as if you will write about it later. After noticing what you notice, say, “This is just confusion,” and then relax and become the superconductor.

Once or twice this weekend, practice this 30-minute Desire for Truth meditation.
