- Practice Leo’s emotion exercise with an emotion that is strong for you now or with this assigned emotion: gloating

Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 7 minutes and practice the appreciating life meditation.
- Briefly consider the following statement at least 6 times throughout the day:
I will look to the heart for peace today.
- Whenever you are upset by anything, big or small, relax your body and practice being the superconductor. As you do, say to yourself, “This is choosing peace.”
Sometime this weekend:
- Watch the following 40-minute video, Awareness Alone is Curative: How to Autocorrect Unwanted Behaviors.
- Write about how the information in this video is helpful to you.
