This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Revelation 16 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
- Contemplate lesson #10 from NTI Revelation 7. Write what comes to you as you contemplate it.
- Notice yourself as the quiet observer of thought, emotion, body, personality and perception (the world).
(a) Stay as the watcher throughout the day.
(b) If you get caught up in the world, thought or emotion, simply shift back to being the observer.
