Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Loving Consciousness audio.
- Stay with this focus today:
(a) Keep attention inward.
(b) Seek to notice the undisturbed peace-silence-isness within regardless of how busy the day may be and regardless of the challenges the day may present.
(c) If you feel upset, realize that is only mind’s interpretation; look for the undisturbed peace-silence-isness that is present even as upset occurs.
