This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI 1 Thessalonians 3 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Watch for inner peace throughout the day.
(a) Feel grateful for peace whenever you notice it, regardless of what you believe caused it.
(b) When peace is interrupted, look to see the thought/idea that caused the interruption.
(c) Say: I lost my peace because I believed that thought.
(d) Ask: Was that thought worth losing my peace? If not, let it go.
