Day 213 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI John 19 in full.
- Contemplate (v1-16) and (v17-27). Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Rainforest
- Notice when you are upset to any degree to include feeling unworthy, guilty, stressed, anxious or worried.
(a) When you notice an upset, look to see what thoughts are in your mind.
(b) When you have awareness of those thoughts, say to yourself: These thoughts are dream thoughts. When I believe them, I am not awake.
