This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI John 15 in full.
- Contemplate (v18-27). Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Hot Air Balloons Over Thai Pagodas
- Notice when you are upset to any degree to include feeling unworthy, guilty, stressed, anxious or worried.
(a) When you notice an upset, ask: Am I one with life right now, or am I separate from it?
(b) Notice the answer by noticing your experience of existing.
