Day 188 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI John 1 (v1, 2) thru (v10-13).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Aurora Borealis
(You may always select another meditation video from this playlist.) - Watch your mind for thoughts of unworthiness, which include but are not limited to feeling inferior, not good enough, lacking and shame. Whenever you notice unworthiness thoughts:
(a) take a deep breath & relax the body;
(b) become the superconductor, and
(c) say to yourself: I am willing to know myself as I really am.
