Day 186 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 24 (v36-53) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Relaxing Meadow
- Watch your mind for any kind of grievance, which includes but is not limited to hate, anger, frustration, annoyance, or wishing things were different than they are. Whenever you notice you are thinking with grievance:
(a) take a deep breath & relax the body;
(b) become the superconductor, and
(c) say to yourself: I am willing to be with all that is, as it is.
