Day 182 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 23 (v44—49).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Do nothing else. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Peaceful Forest River
- Take a 2-minute break 8 times during the day, and say this to yourself while focusing on being: The nature of God is Life. I share God’s nature, which is evident through my being.
