Read NTI Luke 23 (v26-43).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Do nothing else. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Mountain Meadows
(You may always select another meditation video from this playlist.) - Pay attention to your mind. Watch for thoughts of self-judgment:
(a) When you see thoughts of self-judgment, notice how you feel. The feeling may be strong or subtle.
(b) After noticing the feeling of self-judgment, become the superconductor.
