a) Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, select a video from this playlist.
b) Practice one of these guided ‘Do Nothing’ meditations again:
20-minute meditation (Ignore cross-out; the link works),
27-minute meditation,
34-minute Buddhist meditation,
34-minute Nisargadatta meditation or
34-minute Angelo Dilullo meditation.
Music follows each meditation if you want to meditate longer. - Pick an exercise from the previous week to do again.
