Day 168 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 18 (v1-8) thru (v15-17).
Tomorrow:
- Select from one of the following meditation options:
~ Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the Do Nothing Meditation. If you want to, select a video to use during the meditation session.
~ Practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation with this 34-minute guided meditation. Note: Music follows the guided meditation for those who want to meditate longer. - Whenever you are upset to any degree, look to see what you wanted from the situation. After looking to see what you wanted from the situation, say this to yourself: My definition of myself includes preferences, judgments and concepts. I have projected my definition of myself onto this (or him/her), and that’s why I am upset.
- Take two 5-minute breaks to sit quietly and hold a general sense of gratitude. If you need something to feel grateful for, feel grateful for being/existing.
