Day 166 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Listen to this 27-minute teaching by Regina Dawn Akers from NTI Luke.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Glacier River
- Whenever you are upset to any degree, look to see what meaning you are giving the situation. After seeing the meaning you are giving, say to yourself: It is the meaning I give that upsets me.
- Take two 5-minute breaks to sit quietly and hold a general sense of gratitude. If you need something to feel grateful for, feel grateful for being/existing.
