Day 125 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 4 (v38-44).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Old Country Trail
(You may always select another meditation video from this playlist.) - When you notice ego thoughts in your mind, say to yourself:
I will not be distracted by these thoughts. I remember I want to be healed.
If you feel negative emotions to any degree, relax and become the superconductor. - Take eight 1-minute breaks throughout the day to contemplate the following thought.
As you contemplate it, let related thoughts come to you:
I am willing to live from my health, which is to think, speak and act with attention centered on my still, quiet heart.
