Day 101 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 12 (v1-12) thru (v28-34).
- Contemplate this excerpt from today’s reading: “The Lord, our God, is one. Love the Lord, our God, with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”
- Write one sentence to a few sentences that captures the essence of what that excerpt means to you.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Relaxing Meadow
- At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
