You will have ample opportunity for meditation, contemplation and journaling on your own, as well as spending time in group instruction, meditation and discussion.\u00a0We will also explore how you can continue to be motivated to meditate after you go home from this retreat.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Retreat Schedule<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The retreat will begin at 10am on Monday, February 18 and end at 3pm on Friday, February 22. We recommend arriving in La Veta on or before Sunday, February 17 and departing on or after Saturday, February 23.<\/p>\n<p>All guests are welcome to stay at the AT Retreat House for up to 28 days.
