With careful observation
\nyou will notice two things
\nthat seem to be within you.<\/p>\n
One is active chatter.
\nIt has concerns.
\nIt is darting to and fro.<\/p>\n
The other is silence.
\nIt may feel like trust
\nwhen the mind does not trust.
\nIt may feel like patience
\nwhen the mind is afraid.
\nBut what it is
\nis stillness.<\/p>\n
Observe these two things,
\nand then ask,
\n“What am I?”<\/p>\n
Learn to recognize
\nand identify with
\nyour Self.<\/p>\n
