{"id":31200,"date":"2018-06-30T01:50:28","date_gmt":"2018-06-30T07:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/?p=31200"},"modified":"2018-06-19T16:09:56","modified_gmt":"2018-06-19T22:09:56","slug":"day-158-tip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/day-158-tip\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips from Regina ~ Day 158, NTI Romans 15"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday we learned that the Loving All Method, or the declaration, \u201cIt is what it is,\u201d is the way to undo the illusion of many things.\u00a0 On <a href=\"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/day-139-tip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day 139<\/a>, we learned that surrender is the way to \u201cunweave your way out of fantasy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s pause for a moment and look at how these two practices work.<\/p>\n<p>At its most basic level, illusion is the appearance of two things, the subject (you) and the object (everything else). You are the \u201cI\u201d that experiences everything else, which is \u201cnot I.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cnot I\u201d or object appears as many things, some that are judged as good or desired and others that are judged as bad or not desired. The Loving All Method undoes the judgment that creates the many things and collapses them into one object, which is consciousness.<\/p>\n<p>Once the apparent many things collapse into one object, consciousness, there is still the feeling of \u201cI,\u201d the consciousness that sees, and \u201cit,\u201d the consciousness that is seen. In other words, the complicated many things collapse into the simplistic two things.<\/p>\n<p>Surrender is the practice that removes the \u201cI\u201d. In NTI Acts, removing the \u201cI\u201d through surrender is called merging. When merging is complete, \u201cI\u201d no longer exists, so there can\u2019t be a feeling of \u201cI\u201d and \u201cit.\u201d There is only consciousness.
