The realization that you are the chooser
\ncan come from making choice,
\nand then observing the effects of choice.<\/p>\n
Notice when you listen to stories,
\nyou feel the emotional effect
\nthe stories intended to evoke.<\/p>\n
Notice when you choose to rest from listening,
\nthe emotional effects begin to soften.<\/p>\n
Notice when you are able to choose
\nnot to listen at all,
\nthere are no emotional effects.<\/p>\n
Through observing this,
\nyou learn you are the chooser,
\nand you begin to trust more
\nin your ability to choose.<\/p>\n
