{"id":30541,"date":"2018-05-23T01:50:51","date_gmt":"2018-05-23T07:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/?p=30541"},"modified":"2018-05-10T16:12:53","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T22:12:53","slug":"day-120-tip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/day-120-tip\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips from Regina ~ Day 120, NTI Acts 12"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Note<\/em>: If desired, watch all of Acts 12 from the Visual Bible movie, Acts.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u2019s reading said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The words of the Holy Spirit are final. \u2026 They are the only authority in a world that seems absent of Authority, and so it is this authority that is given.<\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s reading says:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The authority of the world is confusion and illusion, which is no authority at all. \u2026 This is why you have the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cauthority of the world\u201d is thinking. The \u201cHoly Spirit\u201d is intuitive wisdom.<\/p>\n<p>The world values thinking as its guide, but as today\u2019s reading points out, and as it\u2019s been pointed out to us many times before, thinking is the problem, not the answer.<\/p>\n<p>Have you observed your own thinking processes enough to realize that thinking is the cause of your suffering, or do you still think that thinking will resolve your problems and lead you to freedom?<\/p>\n<p>If you think that thinking will resolve your problems and lead you to freedom, intuitive wisdom rests silently within you, so silently that you may not know it is there. It doesn\u2019t interfere with your attraction to thinking as long as thinking is what you value.<\/p>\n<p>However, if you are beginning to see that thinking is the problem, wisdom is ready to replace thinking. It is ready to be your guide.<\/p>\n<p>You have to make the decision.<\/p>\n<p>Do you still value your mind above everything else?<\/p>\n<p>Do you want your spiritual aspiration or do you want to protect your mind\u2019s image of itself?<\/p>\n<p>What do you choose as your authority?<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The next tip will be available tomorrow morning after 3:50am ET at\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/awakening-together.org\/dev2\/day-121-tip\"><em>this link<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Note: If desired, watch all of Acts 12 from the Visual Bible movie, Acts.
