Beyond the thinking mind,
\nwithin the heart,
\nthere is reason and knowledge

When you are lost from the heart,
\ncaught up within the stories
\nof the thinking mind,
\nyou are lost from this reason

This is why you suffer.

Let go of the stories

\nand listen intently
\nto the silent reason
