When the stories seem loud,

Take a moment to get in touch
\nwith what you truly want.
\nThen sit in quietness,
\nand bring your stories to the heart.<\/p>\n
Call it as you see it.<\/p>\n
Tell the Heart your stories,
\nand tell of your feelings,
\nyour frustrations and your pain.
\nDo not hold back.
\nThe Heart can hear it all.<\/p>\n
And then when you are done,
\nrest in the message of the Heart.<\/p>\n
Trust that the message of the Heart
\nis clearer than you may realize,
\nand the clarity the Heart gives
\nwill most certainly dawn on the mind.<\/p>\n
