Self-judgment is an obstacle

When you see the mind
\nchoosing to judge itself,
\nremember that the mind is defining you,
\nand then judging what it has defined.<\/p>\n
In other words,
\nit is declaring an idea to be reality,
\nthen judging the idea it has made.<\/p>\n
Step back from this process,
\nand notice this \u2018doing\u2019 in the thinking mind.
\nAs you observe this doing,
\nyou observe the mechanics called \u2018ego\u2019.<\/p>\n
