Practice daily awareness-watching-awareness meditation for 10 \u2013 15 minutes each day.<\/p>\n<p>2. Homework Assignment B: First, contemplate your spiritual aspiration. Listen for teachings in this video that will help you realize\/achieve your spiritual aspiration. Take notes on those things that will help you realize\/achieve your spiritual aspiration.<\/p>\n<p>3. Homework Assignment C: Listen to RDA teaching, \u201cThe Secret Holy Spirit Style,\u201d parts 1 &amp; 2.
