This group meets weekly and all members are committed to specific assignments and practices between group meetings. Everyone who is willing to make a commitment to healing\/awakening is invited to join this group.<\/p>\n

Homework for the upcoming week:<\/p>\n

  1. Homework Assignment A: <\/strong>Workbook lessons 73-79. Practice daily awareness-watching-awareness meditation for 10 \u2013 15 minutes each day.<\/li>\n
  2. Homework Assignment B: <\/strong>Read NTI 1 Thessalonians, Chapters 1-5 (pgs 363-368).<\/li>\n
  3. Optional Homework Assignment C: <\/strong>If you find it helpful to be reminded that God\/Awakeness is present with you right now, listen to Susan Boyle, \u201cYou\u2019ll Never Walk Alone\u201d as often as it feels helpful throughout the week.
