Format for the Group:
Each week Regina will provide group participants with a handout based on one of the Islamic 99 Names of God. Each handout includes Sufi poetry, Sufi stories and other spiritual material to enrich that week’s contemplation. During the week participants go within using the handout as a catalyst for contemplation. At meetings each Wednesday, participants share with the group based on their contemplation. You may be surprised at the deep clarity that arises through Sufi Contemplation.
Regina is deeply experienced in the art of contemplation and the author of Introduction to Sufi Thought, a 5-week class offered as part of Awakening Together’s Minister Preparation Program.
