I recently received a medical diagnosis of osteoporosis and it’s interesting to apply and observe all the knowledge and teachings of Truth to this experience, to stop and really see what this means.
We know that we are Self = Existence, Awareness, Consciousness, Eternal and Infinite. The One that everything reduces to, the Absolute.
And we know that the body on it’s own is just a piece of meat. We constantly read about and even experience how Consciousness illuminates the body and the mind.
I stumbled across this extract from Robert Adams transcribed teaching? What is it saying to you?
Where does the disease come from?
-------------------------------------------------
The ultimate truth about healing is that nobody ever became sick.
Therefore there is noone to heal.
This is the ultimate truth.
There is no health and there is no sickness.
If the bodily flesh by itself cannot become sick
and consciousness is free of disease
where does the disease come from?
Well there appears to be a knot between
the consciousness and the flesh.
A knot that separates the consciousness from the flesh.
This knot is called imagination.
It is the imagination that brings the sickness, the fears,
the frustrations and everything else to the flesh.
The imagination.

And The Flesh

I love it Manuela "the knot of consciousness". Makes so much sense like a garden hose that has a crimp in it and therefore the water does not flow. Our true consciousness is not able to come thru. thanx
Manuela, if you are interested I bumped into Ruediker Dahlke's work years ago and his book the Healing Path of Illness. Amazing work and very helpful if looking at the body as a communication device. I have a pdf copy of both book one and two. Here's the link to book one if you feel guided to check it out.
The book is available on Amazon but here's the first part to have a look.

Hi Lynn, that is a wonderful example of how mental constructs such as imagination ( in this case disease), when believed through the false I thought, makes it seem that consciousness is not able to flow.
From the non-dual perspective and therefore Reality, that would be impossible as consciousness exists unaffected by anything (including all thoughts, objects, diseases and experiences). Even as the knot appears, the devotee inquires, “who is aware of this knot?” consciousness/existence/beingness is what is aware. I love the image of your example, thank you ?
Hi Aggie, thank you for your kindness, this community is filled with loving, supportive members such as yourself. Through out this whole experience, I have found my diagnosis hasn’t affected my Self knowing and therefore my happiness. At the moment i am directed to a mainly raw vegetable and fruit juice diet and i must say the body feels light and the mind clear of white noise that I observe when i have eaten processed and sugary foods. Xxoo
P.s the time delay in responding to posts is because of international time zones as i live in Australia ?
Australia! I too love the connections and the sharing. I can feel your calm and peace. Sending light and love.
