Diederik Wolsak tries to share with the listeners the intimate ego busting experience that Choose Again offers. Diederik discusses the beliefs and emotions behind addiction, the spiritual ego, and attachment to the ego. Willingness to feel what’s coming up, how to notice reactions and provocations, how to tell when the ego is speaking, and what the proper use of forgiveness is. As always, Diederik does an exemplary job at revealing beliefs, and even goes forward to explain to the audience what the experience of “What Is” would be like without the ego.
