Presented were the new elements of our Awakening-Together website, the ‘For Members’ menu. It features Member Orientation, Awakening-Together News, Member Meeting Audios, Financial Reports, Board Minutes, Policies and Procedures, and access to our soon-to-be Members Forum. Look for further updates as we work with the Web team to bring to the members a wonderful new community site. There will be places for Ministerial Preparation Program class students, posts and threads on various topics, and lots of places to interact.
Also, member Joe Wolfe presented his new book, “In Warm Blood”, an Autobiography of himself and his life-long work with providing prisoners with access to A Course in Miracles. Once a prisoner for over 10 years himself, Joe extends books to those incarcerated who desire to follow a spiritual path. He receives donations to fund the books and postage, and handles the daily mailing of the books himself from the numerous requests he receives at Spirit Light Outreach.
