In this Member Meeting, Regina shared the Choose Again process that 21 participants are experiencing at the Choose Again retreat in Colorado. She also shared about Engaged Spirituality from Timothy Conway’s website.

This audio also includes a 30-minute bonus teaching from A Course in Miracles. This teaching is related to the Choose Again retreat, Engaged Spirituality and Awakening Together’s fifth core value.

Also, women who attended the most recent Awakening Together retreat in Costa Rica shared from their retreat experience. As a follow on, Regina shared the value of the upcoming retreats in Santa Barbara.

Diederik Wolsak of Choose Again joined us for this member meeting. He came to give us an idea regarding what to expect from the upcoming May 3-10, 2014 Choose Again Retreat in Colorado. We were also joined by several clients of Choose Again. They came to share their amazing Choose Again healing stories. Guests included Susan Braverman, Raena Avalon, Sean and Nyki Dobson and David Hemphill.

Presented were the new elements of our Awakening-Together website, the ‘For Members’ menu.  It features Member Orientation, Awakening-Together News, Member Meeting Audios, Financial Reports, Board Minutes, Policies and Procedures, and access to our soon-to-be Members Forum.   Look for further updates as we work with the Web team to bring to the members a wonderful new community site.  There will be places for Ministerial Preparation Program class students, posts and threads on various topics, and lots of places to interact.

Also, member Joe Wolfe presented his new book, “In Warm Blood”, an Autobiography of himself and his life-long work with providing prisoners with access to A Course in Miracles.  Once a prisoner for over 10 years himself, Joe extends books to those incarcerated who desire to follow a spiritual path.  He receives donations to fund the books and postage, and handles the daily mailing of the books himself from the numerous requests he receives at Spirit Light Outreach.
