The upcoming Awakening Together Fall Retreat is fast approaching! What this means is that a lot of our regular speakers will be attending the retreat and will not be able to speak at their normal times. We will need volunteers to fill in for any of the time slots between 1-4 pm ET & 5:30-6:00 pm ET on Wednesday, October 23rd. Then again from 1-4 pm ET & 5:30-6:30 pm ET on Wednesday, October 30th. Usually Anne Blanchard, Regina Dawn Akers, Jacquelyn Eckert, Shiryl Kaplan, and Jay McCormick speak in the Sanctuary at those times. If you feel to speak for the full hour or even take on a half-hour time slot, this would be greatly appreciated.

His gift makes him a target not only of a highly motivated and heavily armed group of terrorists, but also wanted by the FBI to help them fight those same terrorists.

If you have ever watched a Ted talk on YouTube, you will appreciate their unique format and content. Speakers at TED events have a maximum of 18 minutes to share their messages, which are delivered in highly polished, succinct speeches. These talks are often humorous, poignant and informative. In this program, we will watch and discuss TED talks that reveal the Truth of ourselves and our universe based on the actual experience of ordinary people. Their insights are genuine—not based upon theory or dogma—and give us a “man on the street” perspective on what we are coming to learn through Awakening Together. We expect this to be a fun and illuminating program.

Plan to join us for this program on Sundays, 6-7 pm ET, beginning September 8.
