A universal assembly for true discernment

This year’s retreat consisted of Satsang with Gina Lake, Self-inquiry Dyads with Regina Dawn Akers, Group Inquiry with Bob Fergeson and Tess Hughes, sunrise guided walks, gentle yoga, watching “Revolver,” and several group field trips. We were much too involved in the retreat to take a lot of pictures, but here are a few pictures:

Group photo from the Awakening-Together event on March 4th-7th Weekend with Regina Dawn Akers – at the home of Irene Graham in St. Louis. Fourteen gathered and there were many breakthroughs and re-commitments to practice made! Many also re-focused their spiritual aspiration and gained a appreciation for watching our thoughts and allowing correction (Holy Spirit) to occur. Love to all
1. Two Weeks of Volunteer Service working with orphaned and poor children in Chennai, India.
2. Four days of spiritual enrichment at Ramana Ashram and Arunachala in Tiruvannamalai, India.
From November 2 – 16, we volunteered with Global Volunteers in Chennai, India. We worked in two orphanages, South East Asia Mission (SEAMs) and Assisi Illum. We also worked in a private school for the poor, Christ the King School.

On November 16, we traveled to Tiruvannamalai for celebration of Deepam. Each one followed his/her own guidance regarding what to do while we were in Tiruvannamalai, but some of the activities group members participated in include walking around Arunachala with thousands of Indian pilgrims, visiting Ramanashram, climbing to the top of Arunachala to see the Deepam fire close up, and getting nice, long massages.
