Our Healing Is Completed, There Is No Doubt

Lyn Johnson, licensed minister, shares the need to be patient and TRUST that any call for healing is answered immediately, in spite of appearances. “Whenever a teacher of God has tried to be a channel for healing he has succeeded….. One of the most difficult temptations to recognize is that to doubt a healing because of the appearance of continuing symptoms is a mistake in the form of lack of trust.” (ACIM Manual for Teachers) Fear and lack of trust occur when we believe that anything other than God’s power can result in healing of either the body or the mind. Any other means of healing represents a reliance on magic and the illusory world and can never work perfectly. Jesus from ACIM reassures us that healing asked for is healing received. When the mind is healed everything else follows and our healing has been completed.
