“Feelings, by themselves, do not create problems. It is rather the tendency to interpret and analyze them. When, out of habit, you believe those interpretations, it is there that the suffering begins.” Mooji (social media post)
“It is easy to see what is wrong with everyone and everything. But it takes great honesty and great courage to look inside yourself, to stay in your own business, to see if you are being true, honest and real.” Adyashanti (The Way of Liberating Insight study course)
To experience Truth, we must first commit to being truthful in all of our thoughts and actions.

“Care about people as much as you can, but remember that your own alignment to Higher Self comes first. When it comes down to it, people are replaceable, your alignment is not.” Bentinho Massaro (social media post)

Reverend Jacquelyn Eckert interviewed Amoda Maa Jeevan. Amoda Maa is a contemporary spiritual teacher and author. In 2002, after many years of spiritual seeking, meditation and immersion in psycho-spiritual practices, an experience of the dark night of the soul led to a profound inner awakening. In surrendering wholeheartedly to the unfolding unknown-ness and aliveness of this moment, she became a “naked lover of what is”. Since that time, all seeking stopped, all methods dropped, and a gentle but unequivocal coming home to rest in unconditioned non-dual awareness has become embodied as a living reality. In 2012, Amoda started speaking from silence in small gatherings in the UK. Today, she offers meetings and retreats to a growing global audience, and is a frequent speaker at SAND conference and other events in the USA. She has recently moved from England to the Bay Area with her husband and beloved, Kavi.

“Many of the things we are doing seem so important to us. We haven’t been able to say ‘No’ to them, because they seemed so important. But if we center down as the old phrase goes, and live in that holy Silence which is dearer than life, and take our life program into the silent places of the heart, with complete openness, ready to do, ready to renounce according to His leading, then many of the things we are doing lose their vitality for us.” Thomas R. Kelly (The Simplification of Life)
“Amazing simplification comes when we ‘center down,’ when life is lived with the singleness of eye, from a holy Center where the breath and stillness of Eternity are heavy upon us and we are wholly yielded to God.” Thomas R. Kelly (Holy Obedience)
