Join Us This Evening For A Course in Miracles Group at a New Time: 8:30-10pm ET
Awakening Together’s ACIM group is moving to a new time, 8:30pm ET. This interactive, experiential discussion group uses the Sparkle Edition of A Course in Miracles and is facilitated by its publisher, Teddy Poppe. Teddy is also regularly joined by Igor Osipov and Lyn Johnson. With this new time, Regina Dawn Akers has committed to joining the group on a regular basis.
As more people commit to this group, the group as a whole benefits. This is one reason that the group has moved to a new time. There was a feeling that the two-hour time slot was a little long and that a later start time fit better with many people’s schedule. Hopefully these changes work for you.
If A Course in Miracles is an important part of your spiritual path, please participate with us this evening and every Tuesday beginning at 8:30 ET, which is 5:30 Pacific.

Awakening Together Satsang with Scott Kiloby
Scott Kiloby is an author and international speaker on the subject of freedom through non-dual realization, a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor/Registered Addiction Specialist, Director of the Kiloby Center for Recovery, Inc. and Founder of the Living Inquiries Community.
Scott’s message is simple: Rest. Inquire. Enjoy Life.
“Rest” refers to the invitation to relax into the present moment and let all thoughts, emotions, and sensations come and go freely. “Inquire” refers to Scott’s body of work called the Living Inquiries, which are designed to help people see through the belief in separation and deficiency. “Enjoy Life” is self-explanatory. Through taking Scott’s work deeply into your life and discovering freedom for yourself, life is simpler and therefore more enjoyable. People and things take on a lighter, more illusory-like appearance. The sense of separation is seen through.
You don’t have to suffer anymore within a personal story that leaves you feeling “not there yet,” “not good enough,” or some other deficiency story. You no longer have to chase the future for a happiness that always seems out of reach. We have been falsely conditioned to believe that we are separate, deficient people and that our stories are who we are. In this conditioning, we have learned to avoid uncomfortable feelings and sensations. Scott’s sites and books are the various ways he speaks to seeing through these stories and conditioning, so that we can feel emotions and sensations directly (instead of trying to escape what is), and live in the present moment without identifying with thought.

Reverend Jay McCormick speaks on : “The Keys to Spiritual Growth”
Every day is an opportunity for transformation. Remember that there is a voice from above that comes to us and everyone in our life is a mirror and we serve as mirrors for everyone else. Trusting the creator gives us the greatest power as we are assisted by the Divine. This is a key through all of our human trials and tests of purification. As we repent from our habits, we clean the barn and continue to take the next step, never being satisfied, until the Self is fully let go.
Reader: Joanne Schnieder – Exerpt from “The Way” by Michael Berg, Chapter 6 “The Rabbi and the Train”
Admin: Barb Deurwaarder
Music: Lyn Johnson
The Keys to Spiritual Growth:
1. Everyday is an opportunity for transformation
2. Hear the inner voice
3. All are mirrors
4. Trust the creator
5. Ask for Divine assistance
6. Always being tested
7. Repent with joy
8. Never be satisfied
9. Walk like the blind
10. Use death as motivation
11. Experience the pain as our own
12. Don’t judge others
